Studio Rich LLC provides freelance software engineering, AI automation, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or service agreement between Studio Rich and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. All inquiries are subject to our review and acceptance.

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of Studio Rich LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.

We treat all client information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, technical specifications, or project details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Payment terms are defined in each individual service agreement. Where applicable:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
• Late payments may be subject to suspension of services

All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Studio Rich LLC provides services on a best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care and will materially conform to the agreed specifications. We do not warrant that any software we build will be free from all defects, but we will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues within an agreed support period.

This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
